RENTAL POLICY

  1. A deposit 50% of total cost is required to hold rental equipment & event date. The deposit will be applied to the overall cost and the remaining balance will be due the day before delivery. The event date and rental equipment cannot be reserved until deposits and signed rental agreements are submitted and received by Jubilant RentAlls LLC. All paid deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

  2. The Renter must have all rented equipment ready for pick up at the time specified on invoice. Additional rental fees will apply for late returns.  

  3. Cancellation of entire order MUST be done 14 days prior to event date or a penalty of ANYfunds paid outside of deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation of any item within 24 hours of scheduled delivery will result in a 100% penalty*. Cancellation of any item within 48 hours of scheduled delivery will result in a 50% penalty*.

  4. Invoices are to be paid in full 24 hours or 1 day prior to delivery. 

  5. The Renter WILL NOT sublease or loan out ANY rental equipment owned by Jubilant RentAlls LLC. Any alleged assignment by the Renter is voided and subject to a fee.

  6. Upon expiration of this rental agreement, the Renter is to return all rented equipment in the condition and repair it was in upon delivery and set-up subject to only reasonable wear and tear. The Renter will be held liable for any damages or loss of equipment. 

  7. The renter is responsible for loss or damage of items and will pay for the cost of replacement or repair. This cost will be assessed upon pick-up and presented in a separate invoice payable within 14 days. The replacement value of items will be determined by age and condition at time of rental. 

  8. The Renter agrees that Jubilant RentAlls LLC holds no liability for any damages or injury caused by the use of rental equipment to renter or any third party. The renter assumes all risks of personal property damage or personal injury. 

  9. Jubilant RentAlls LLC has the right to enter the premises where equipment is located for purposes of inspection, observing its use, and/or removing it from premises due to abuse of use.

  10. A cleaning fee is included into the price of the rental however, a $25.00 cleaning fee will be assessed if equipment is returned with excessive dirt or food build-up as determined by Jubilant RentAlls LLC.   

  11. All equipment will be delivered to the address noted on invoice. Equipment set-up is available as well as tutorial of equipment use. 

  12. Jubilant RentAlls LLC serves Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas, up to 15 miles of 30331. Travel fee of $25.00 will be assessed if the location of the event exceeds the 15 miles radius.
